Well Hello! It hasn't been too long. We had much happening and its only begun in our house. We celebrated Easter at home this year with special friends from Idaho (now Salt Lake) Jamie, Jarod and Lilly. The first order of business was to dye eggs.
Tijanna Easter morning going to church
Jorga before church, I love her sneaky smile
Lilly off to her first Catholic Mass and looking beautiful
We then took advantage of sunshine and went to the park
Then we had a friendly game of Just Dance competition
Tijanna and Aaron ran the Missoula YMCA Riverbank Run on the weekend of the 30th. Aaron ran the Trifecta (the 1 mile, 5K and 10K) Tijanna ran the 1 mile in 8 minutes 49 seconds officially. It was cold and rainy..snowy...rainy...snowy....rainy (you get the picture) It was flat out miserable!
Aaron finishing
Waiting for the next run....
The start of Aarons final leg of the race
All done...
Tijanna crossing the finish line....
After the race
The sun came out for the finish.
Tijanna made her first communion on May 1st...it was a beautiful day!
Papa Tom, Cousin Taylor , Aunt Wanda, Uncle Jerry, Aunt Gretchen and Cousin Tanner all came to see Tija on her big day
From the Dupont side, Papa Tony, Cousin Micah, Gramma Barb, Aunt Becki, Cousin Nick, and Uncle Gerry came also. We don't have a picture of Nana, Sherilyn (my co worker) Friends, Amy, Taylor, Stacey and Stephanie also came, Thanks to all for your support for our Jellybean.
Micah had to bring along his pogo stick and of course Aaron could not resist to try it...he looks so dorky.LOL! Nice hat Aaron.
Thats about it for now, School is out in 3 weeks. There is a school function each week until then. May 28th we are packing up Nana (my mom) and she will once again be a Missoulian! She as well as us are excited to have Nana so close. We have Never lived near family but we are excited to share our everyday excitement with her. She will be watching the girls this summer. Tijanna every day and Jorga 2 days a week. Nana and Tija look forward to some time together just the two of them since they are besties. They look forward to time at the pool, parks and riding the bus around town on adventures.
Until next time! Hope the sun shines where you are!
